By e-mail: E-mail us on sales@practicalsilverware.co.uk anytime and we will respond as soon as possible with a concise and helpful answer usually within 24 hours. Because of opening times, responses may take a little longer but any e-mails sent over the weekend will be replied to by 10.00am Monday morning.

By fax: Fax us on +44 (0)20 8943 4713 Monday to Thursday bewteen 8.00am - 4.30pm and between 8.00am - 4.00pm on Fridays. We will reply to faxes which are sent over the weekend within 24 hours or by 10.00am on Monday morning.

By post: Any correspondece you may have should be sent to 'Practical Silverware, 87 Railway Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 8RZ'. Be advised that postal enquiries will take longer to respond to, but we will aim to reply within 48 hours.
