When I place an order, how do I know it has been received? |
Once you have placed an order with Practical Silverware and it has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation that it has been sent. Please be patient and only submit your order once. Also, an email will be sent to the address that you specified on the order form detailing your exact order. It is important to enter this correctly or you will not receive your confirmation. We will include a hard copy receipt of this with your order. |
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been processed? |
Yes. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as you can. If you have ready, your name, date of order & your order ID (generated from your order), that will help us to locate your order more quickly. Your payment is not processed online (see payment options) so if you contact us immediately, it is more likely that your credit/debit card will not have been charged yet. Please contact us if you have any problems. |
Are my details safe ordering from Practical Silverware? |
Yes. We do not store your information or pass any information to third parties. As a precaution, we do have access to your unique IP address (printed on your receipt) and can trace anyone suspected of fraudulent activity. We take this very seriously and will not jeopardise our customers' online security. (See site security for further information). |
