Our aim |
We aim to deliver the highest quality products so therefore all items are hand checked, polished & only packed in perfect condition before being sent out to the customer. Any item considered imperfect will be either repaired/replaced by us or your money refunded. |
I received damaged goods. What do I do next? |
You must return the product to us within 7 working days from the point it was delivered. We will then either refund your credit / debit card, replace the item or if neccessary, repair the item to its' original state. We will not charge for the repair and will not charge for the postage of returning the product to you. |
How do I get a refund? |
You
must return the product along with the receipt of purchase
to us and we will then credit your account accordingly using
the same details as you supplied us with the original order.

regarding returns and refunds but we hope you enjoy your silverware
and will not have to take any of these measures. |
I've lost my receipt. Can I still return a product? |
If
you supply us with your name, order ID (if possible) and the
item/s you purchased, we can check our invoices and credit you
accordingly. This may take longer so the more information you
have, the quicker this can be resolved. |
